well.. my char has some goddess favors so i gave the heaven a visit.
the teleporter is in treasure gulf. just have goddess favor in your pocket and select goddess favor by teleport NPC.

Rebirth:
the angel can let you be reborn once you gave her the rebirth card or rebirth stone.
the stone can be obtained after you did the Phoenix Rebirth Quest. only the goddess can give you the quest... dont know yet what she means..

The Goddess:
you can redeem 5 kal runestones for a frame stone once you reach lvl 60.
hephaestus framestone (champion)
hermes framestone (crusader)
apollo framestone (sharpshooter)
poseidon framestone (voyager)
hestia framestone (cleric)
athena framestone (sealmaster)

redeem honor points for gold or exp.
